Sound Baths and Workshops

The sound of the crystal bowls impacts the body well beyond the ears. It is a full body experience. We get repeated comments from people who attend crystal bowls events that they sleep much better after the sessions. Others say they let go of known and unknown tensions and stresses. Some folks have inspired moments where they get the ideas and insights they have been waiting for.

Sound Sessions with Bowls on the Body (Individuals or Couples)

Session at my House

For a personal sound session at my house, we have a zero gravity chair and/or a massage table for your use. Clients remain fully clothed, can be seated or supine and I play the bowls around or on the client. Yes, the big frosted bowls rest on your rib cage, your hips, your back or your legs, according to the area of need in the body. Once these bowls start playing, they become very light weight.

A personal sound session usually moves the recipient into the right brain, where space and feelings dominate and language recedes. A lot of live sound is personally available to you and you set the intention and direction for the hour we spend together. After the session, I leave and encourage the client to stay still in listening mode for 10 to 15 minutes to hear what is audible in the silence. This time is significant for everyone who comes.

Outcomes vary largely. Across the board, people report better sleeping afterwards for days. Others relax and let go deeply. Some unblock their creativity and fly into their projects. The sessions are always fun and have surprising impacts for the clients. I have done sessions for couples, using the same format and time frame for the given price. Cost is $100.00 and involves an hour and a half time.

SESSION IN A DIFFERENT SETTING

Immerse yourself into a full body sensory experience in the comfort of your own setting. Allow the sound vibrations to assist you in letting go of all that is no longer needed.

Cost is $200.00 and above, with added cost of distance to travel and transport crystal bowls.

Online Sessions

We sometimes offer viewing online of live events. Link for the event will be shared post payment via e-transfer.

Cost is $20.00 per person per session

Crystal Bowl Sound Baths

4 HOUR WORKSHOP

This involves a letting go and burning ceremony where we are calling forth what we need next for our growth.

Individuals are choosing vibrational spritzers for their use during the session. This is a two hour sound bath where we also create personalized phone messages to self about our next steps in the growth process.

SIX HOUR WORKSHOP

This session includes a power point presentation on the power of sound and sound as medicine. This involves a letting go and burning ceremony with a mini sound bath. Included in this session is a delicious lunch , a vibrational spritzer of your choice, time for journaling as a group and on your own. We finish with a sound bath and follow up with a debriefing on the session, information on aftercare, and then departure.

OVERNIGHT WORKSHOP or SLEEPOVER WORKSHOP

This session includes an evening sound bath with tea and sharing by the fire.

This involves a letting go and burning ceremony.

There will be accommodation on site bed on site or feel free to return to your own home. The following day will bring a delicious breakfast and discussion of what we desire next. During the day we will have writing time in journals about our personal direction. There will be power point presentation on the use of sound as medicine.

Guests are invited to choose a vibrational spritzer of their choice and spend time with writing in their journals.

After a midmorning snack and beverage, there will be a mini sound bath with movement.

Included is an enjoyable lunch of soup & sandwich, afterwards which we will be doing a silent walk, writing in our journals, incorporating our vibrational spritzer, while spending time in the garden.

Later in the afternoon, we will be participating in a sound bath.

We finish with a sound bath and follow up with a debriefing on the session, information on aftercare, and then departure.
